Supplication of seeking help and turning to Imam al-Mahdi (ajf) to seek his intercession with Allah during times of hardship, distress, and for the fulfillment of needs.

سَلامُ اللّٰهِ الْكامِلُ التَّامُّ الشَّامِلُ الْعامُّ، وَصَلَواتُهُ الدَّائِمَةُ وَبَرَكاتُهُ الْقائِمَةُ التَّامَّةُ عَلىٰ حُجَّةِ اللّٰهِ وَوَلِيِّهِ فِى أَرْضِهِ وَبِلادِهِ، وَخَلِيفَتِهِ عَلىٰ خَلْقِهِ وَعِبادِهِ،
The complete, perfect, all-encompassing, and universal peace of Allah, and His perpetual blessings and enduring, complete favors be upon the Proof of Allah and His guardian in His earth and lands, and His vicegerent over His creation and servants,

وَسُلالَةِ النُّبُوَّةِ وَبَقِيَّةِ الْعِتْرَةِ وَالصَّفْوَةِ، صاحِبِ الزَّمانِ، وَمُظْهِرِ الْإِيمانِ، وَمُلَقِّنِ أَحْكامِ الْقُرْآنِ،
the lineage of prophethood, the remnant of the Household and the chosen ones, the Master of the Era, the accomplisher of faith, the teacher of the rulings of the Quran,

وَمُطَهِّرِ الْأَرْضِ، وَناشِرِ الْعَدْلِ فِى الطُّولِ وَالْعَرْضِ، وَالْحُجَّةِ الْقائِمِ الْمَهْدِيِّ، الْإِمامِ الْمُنْتَظَرِ الْمَرْضِيِّ،
the purifier of the earth, the spreader of justice across the globe, the Standing Proof, the Mahdi, the awaited and pleasing Imam,

وَابْنِ الْأَئِمَّةِ الطَّاهِرِينَ، الْوَصِيِّ ابْنِ الْأَوْصِياءِ الْمَرْضِيِّينَ، الْهادِي الْمَعْصُومِ ابْنِ الْأَئِمَّةِ الْهُداةِ الْمَعْصُومِينَ.
and the son of the pure Imams, the successor, son of the well-pleasing successors, the infallible guide, son of the infallible guiding Imams.

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُعِزَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مُذِلَّ الْكافِرِينَ الْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ الظَّالِمِينَ؛
Peace be upon you, O bestower of honor upon the oppressed believers! Peace be upon you, O humbler of the arrogant and oppressive disbelievers!

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاىَ يَا صاحِبَ الزَّمانِ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ،
Peace be upon you, O my master, O Master of the Era! Peace be upon you, O son of the Messenger of Allah!

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ فاطِمَةَ الزَّهْراءِ سَيِّدَةِ نِساءِ الْعالَمِينَ،
Peace be upon you, O son of the Commander of the Faithful! Peace be upon you, O son of Fatimah al-Zahra, mistress of the women of the worlds!

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا ابْنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ الْحُجَجِ الْمَعْصُومِينَ وَالْإِمامِ عَلَى الْخَلْقِ أَجْمَعِينَ، السَّلامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلاىَ سَلامَ مُخْلِصٍ لَكَ فِى الْوِلايَةِ،
Peace be upon you, O son of the Imams, the infallible proofs, and the leader over all creation! Peace be upon you, O my master, with the greeting of one sincere in devotion to your guardianship,

أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ الْإِمامُ الْمَهْدِىُّ قَوْلاً وَفِعْلاً، وَأَنْتَ الَّذِى تَمْلَأُ الْأَرْضَ قِسْطاً وَعَدْلاً بَعْدَ ما مُلِئَتْ ظُلْماً وَجَوْراً،
I bear witness that you are the Mahdi, the Imam in word and deed, and that you are the one who will fill the earth with equity and justice after it has been filled with injustice and tyranny.

فَعَجَّلَ اللّٰهُ فَرَجَكَ، وَسَهَّلَ مَخْرَجَكَ؛ وَقَرَّبَ زَمانَكَ، وَكَثَّرَ أَنْصارَكَ وَأَعْوانَكَ،
May Allah hasten your relief, facilitate your reappearance, bring your time near, and increase your helpers and supporters!

وَأَنْجَزَ لَكَ ما وَعَدَكَ، فَهُوَ أَصْدَقُ الْقائِلِينَ وَ ﴿نُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَ نَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَ نَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوٰارِثِينَ﴾،
And fulfill for you what He promised you, for He is the most truthful of speakers: 'And We desired to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them the inheritors,'

يَا مَوْلاىَ يَا صاحِبَ الزَّمانِ، يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ، حاجَتِى كَذا وَكَذا
O my master, O Master of the Era, O son of the Messenger of Allah, my need is [mention your request here]...
13 / 14
فَاشْفَعْ لِى فِى نَجاحِها، فَقَدْ تَوَجَّهْتُ إِلَيْكَ بِحاجَتِى لِعِلْمِى أَنَّ لَكَ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ شَفاعَةً مَقْبُولَةً وَمَقاماً مَحْمُوداً،
So intercede for me in its fulfillment, for I have turned to you with my need knowing that you possess an accepted intercession and a praised status before Allah.

فَبِحَقِّ مَنِ اخْتَصَّكُمْ بِأَمْرِهِ، وَارْتَضاكُمْ لِسِرِّهِ، وَبِالشَّأْنِ الَّذِى لَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُ، سَلِ اللّٰهَ تَعالىٰ فِى نُجْحِ طَلِبَتِى وَإِجابَةِ دَعْوَتِى وَكَشْفِ كُرْبَتِى.
So by the right of Him who singled you out with His command, chose you for His secret, and by the status you hold before Allah between you and Him, ask Allah the Most High for the success of my request, the answering of my supplication, and the relief of my distress.
